"Cigars are just the excuse, not the point”

Event Recap

November 19 - Wooden Indian Tobacco

PCC ventured outside the City to visit Wooden Indian Tobacco in Havertown on Saturday, November 19.  Joining us for the adventure was the Whiskeystone Society, a Philly-area group of whiskey lovers.

Whiskeystone brought the liquor and Dave from Wooden Indian lined up the smokes.  The headliner was Drew Estate's Undercrown but the Grimalkin from Emilio Cigars stole the show.  It didn't hurt that Emilio's founder and owner, Gary Griffith, was on hand to tell the story behind his cigars.

Thanks for everyone who came out and made this a great event.  Special thanks to Whiskeystone and Wooden Indian for partnering with PCC.

Upcoming Event

NEW LOCATION for "Polar Bear" Cigar Party - Sampan

We are moving our event for Thursday, Jan. 26 to SAMPAN Graffiti Bar, 124 S. 13th Street, Phila., due to weather concerns.

We will still kick off at 6:30 and all other details for the evening will remain the same.  The Graffiti Bar will be perfect, since it is heated AND covered.

We will feature a cigar from Crowned Heads called Four Kicks.  This is the brainchild of Jon Huber, formerly of CAO.

Cost for the event is $30, which includes two (2) cigars, two (2) drink tickets and appetizers.

You can register and pay on our EVENTS page.
